ATC(Automatic Tray Circuit) system

  • Installation references: More than 450 modern conveyor lines have been installed at airports across North America and Europe, including Italy and Poland.

  • Standards compliance: Designed and optimized to meet U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements and European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC) security standards.

  • Partnerships: Integrated solutions are provided through partnerships with leading global CT scanner manufacturers.

ATC(Automatic Tray Circuit) System Overview

ATC - A tray circulation system in the true sense

Core Values

Not just a simple return device, but a smart circuit that combines intelligent control with modular design.

Workflow (Process)

atc-circulation-848-1400

1. Tray Loading

2. CT Scanning

3. Intelligent Classification

4. Automatic Recovery

  1. Tray loading: Passengers place their bags in the tray, with no need to separately remove liquids or electronic devices.

  2. CT scanning: Items are automatically identified and inspected through a high-speed CT scanner.

  3. Intelligent sorting: When a potential risk is detected, the tray is automatically diverted to the manual inspection line via the OTU table.

  4. Automatic return: Once inspection is complete, the tray automatically returns to the loading point through the hidden system beneath the scanner.

Three key strengths of the ATC system

1. Zero-pressure accumulation (ZPC)

Ensures stable tray accumulation even during congestion, with no collisions or pressure between trays.

2. Modular design

The system length can be freely extended or shortened to fit the spatial constraints of each airport.

3. Maximized safety

All drive components and wiring are embedded inside the frame, allowing passengers and operators to move safely without the risk of injury.

“The only problem with flying is that we always have to return to the airport.
Imagine how enjoyable flying would be if we didn’t have to return to the airport.”
